What data we collect
Name, e-mail, phone and delivery address — strictly what is needed to process the order. If you create an account, we also keep your order history, your wishlist and the reviews you write.
Why we use it
To deliver your order, to contact you about it and to issue the tax documents. We do not sell or share your data with third parties, other than the courier delivering the parcel.
How long we keep it
Order data is kept for as long as tax law requires. Account data stays until you ask for the account to be deleted.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability. Write to us at casavisatoare@gmail.com and we will resolve it within 30 days.
Cookies
We only use strictly necessary cookies: the cart session and authentication. We use no advertising or profiling cookies.
