1. About the shop
Casa Visatoare sells handmade products through this online shop. Contact: casavisatoare@gmail.com, 0772 263 641.
2. Orders
An order is considered registered when you receive the confirmation e-mail. We reserve the right to cancel an order if the product is no longer available, in which case we let you know immediately.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are in lei and include VAT where applicable. Payment is by cash on delivery or bank transfer. The delivery cost is shown before you complete the order.
4. Delivery
Delivery is by courier, within 2-4 working days of the order being confirmed. Personalised products need additional time to make.
5. Returns
You have the right to withdraw within 14 days for non-personalised products, under Romanian law (OUG 34/2014). Products made to order, to the customer’s specification, are exempt from this right.
6. Handmade products
Being made by hand, products may show small variations in colour, size or texture compared with the photographs. These are not defects.
7. Disputes
Any disagreement is settled amicably. You may also use the European ODR platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr) or contact ANPC, the Romanian consumer protection authority.
