How do I pay?

You can pay cash on delivery (cash or card, directly to the courier) or by bank transfer. With a bank transfer you receive the payment details by e-mail, and the order ships as soon as the money arrives.

14-day returns

You may return non-personalised products within 14 days of receiving them, without giving a reason. The product must be unused and in its original packaging. The cost of the return is borne by the customer.

Exception: personalised products (with an embroidered name, date or message) are made specially for you and cannot be returned under the law in force — unless they are faulty.
